Federal Hispanic Employment Program Managers’ 6th Annual Summit
Welcome!
This year, the HEPM Summit will focus on problem solving. The morning panelist will each present a set of problems they experienced in their careers, e.g. barriers. The afternoon session will be very interactive drawing on the roles and responsibilities of HEPMs to problem solve. At the conclusion, there may be several recommended approaches HEPMs could use to solve the problems presented during the morning panel.
Additionally, we will be conducting a Town Hall focusing on Hispanic employment in the Federal Government.
