	Community Leaders at Diversity Luncheon During 79TH Annual LULAC National

								WASHINGTON, June 6 
								/PRNewswire/ -- Republican presidential 
								candidate Senator John McCain (R-AZ), will give 
								keynote address during Diversity Luncheon at the 
								79TH Annual LULAC National Convention, which 
								will be held July 7-12, 2008 in Washington, D.C. 
								The McCain campaign has 
								confirmed the senator's attendance at the 
								Diversity Luncheon as keynote speaker on 
								Tuesday, July 8th. The Diversity Luncheon honors 
								outstanding community leaders that have 
								supported LULAC'S policy and programmatic 
								initiatives. Luncheon will begin at noon-1:45 
								P.M. in the ballroom of the Washington Hilton. 
								Senator John McCain has an 
								extensive career in public service and is 
								currently the senior senator from Arizona. 
								Republican presidential candidate Senator John 
								McCain provided a statement to LULAC regarding 
								the highly anticipated 2008 presidential 
								election. "Over the next five months, we will 
								debate the future direction of our country. In 
								the end, the American people will recognize that 
								I am ready to act to protect our country, grow 
								our economy and reform our government. I 
								appreciate the opportunity to share my vision 
								for the future of America at the LULAC National

								address pertinent issues at Diversity Luncheon 
								to community leaders, activists and convention

								LULAC delegates will take a 
								presidential straw poll on Saturday, July 12TH 
								and results will be released.
