Resolution - Honoring Vera Marquez.

WHEREAS, Vera Marquez is celebrating her 57th year as member of California LULAC,
 
WHEREAS, she is the pride of California LULAC for her Historic contribution to the civil rights movement in America,
 
WHEREAS, her contribution is worthy of recognition as a historic figure in the history of the civil rights movement in California,
 
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that California LULAC will join the California Latino Legislative Caucus in honoring Vera Marquez before the California legislature in Sacramento.
