Resolution - Support Employee Free Choice Act.

WHEREAS, The Employee Free Choice Act will protect the rights of working families.
 
WHEREAS, The Employee Free Choice act is a crucial first step to rebuilding our once strong middle class.
 
WHEREAS,  staggering job loss combined with a decades- long stagnation of wages has led to a vicious downward spiral for California’s economy and workers.
 
 
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the LULAC National Assembly supports California LULAC in its efforts to place the free choice to join UNIONS back in the hands of workers to bargain with their employers for a better way of life; and its pursuit for passage of the Employee Free Choice Act.
