WHEREAS, Texas legislature passed legislation suspending all monitoring and supervision over alternative schools, WHEREAS, alternative schools have been little more than “dropout warehouses”, WHEREAS, minority students are the ones who suffer the most from being sent to unmonitored schools; THEREFORE, TEA to monitor all alternative schools Texas legislature to use its power to ensure the proper education fall students.
