Abuse of “Cheese”

WHEREAS, Latino children are dying due to abuse of “cheese,” a Heroin & Tylenol mixture in the Dallas area; and

WHEREAS, 22 known deaths have happened in the Dallas area; and

WHEREAS, we need to support seeking funds to prevent this drug explosion; and

THEREFORE, it resolves that the youth, especially the Latino Youth, need financial help from the State for a lifelong problem of addition.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, LULAC request to the state of Texas fund prevention and intervention initiatives throughout the north Texas area.
