Resolution
TO FREE AMERICA OF POLICE VIOLENCE CULTURE
WHEREAS, it is documental fact that the news
media tells us almost daily of police violence
culture; and
WHEREAS, it is a well
documented fact that incidence of civil rights
violations are increasing in the United States;
and
WHEREAS, it is well known that
LULAC is the Nation’s oldest and largest Latino
Organization in the United States advocating for
the civil rights of Hispanics and other
minorities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,
therefore by the present resolution we ask LULAC
national assembly to recognize that police
violence culture exist in our nation and we need
to address in our communities.
