Supporting Frank Valdez During His Illness
 

WHEREAS, the honorable Frank Valdez, a distinguished member and past national president, served the League with distinction; and 

WHEREAS, the accomplishments of this administration have had a tremendous positive impact on the Hispanic community and brought respect and recognition to LULAC; and 

WHEREAS, the honorable Frank Valdez now finds himself in poor health; 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 2004 Convention, duly convened in San Antonio, Texas, celebrating its seventy-fifth anniversary, hereby recognize the legacy of brother Valdez and sends our prayers and best wished for speedy recovery.
