Supporting the resignation of Richard Riordan, California Secretary of Education
 

WHEREAS, KEYT News reported that Richard Riordan, California Education secretary, is on tape making disparaging remarks against an elementary school girl; and  

WHEREAS, the Education Secretary upon asking the youngster for her name. She responded ISIS do you know what that means? He responded, “it is reported that means stupid little dirt girl, right? Just Kidding!”. 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the LULAC National assembly call for the immediate resignation of Richard Riordan for making inappropriate disparaging remarks against California school children.
