Supporting LULAC to become and international organization

WHEREAS, LULAC is a national organization, whose membership has roots from Mexico and many other Latino American Nations; and  

WHEREAS, Latinos are migrating not only to the United States but are now in many countries world wide; and  

WHEREAS, LULAC interest are were the Latinos reside and work worldwide. 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, we strongly support LULAC becoming an international organization embracing Latinos of all nations, whose wish to be members and establish councils. We support LULAC taking steps to make our organization international and support an exploration committee to this end that will come up with an implementation plan. We support LULAC legal counsel to make determination as to what constitutional changes, if any, need to be made. That this legal determination along with a plan of action be submitted to LULAC national board for consideration.
