Legalization of 4 Million Undocumented Mexicans In the United States
 

WHEREAS, there are over 4 million undocumented Mexicans who live and work in the United States; 

WHEREA, legalization of undocumented Mexicans is in the best interest of the security of the United States; 

WHEREAS, the legalization of undocumented Mexicans, the expanded permit visas, and guest worker programs will ease the flow of other Mexicans to the United States; 

WHEREAS, the free flow of goods and service between Mexico and the United States is good for commerce and jobs for bother countries; 

WHEREAS, legalization would free law enforcement personnel to concentrate on terrorists; 

WHEREAS, undocumented Mexicans pay taxes and contribute to the economy; 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that LULAC District, support Federal Legislation to authorize the legalization of over 4 million undocumented Mexicans who live and work in the United States.
