Resolution
Nelson-Boxer Immigration Bill
WHEREAS, over 8,000 of the
green card holders are immigrants from
California;
WHEREAS, all the
soldiers are fighting to save America from
weapons of mass destruction;
WHEREAS, all the
soldiers are recognized as Americans fighting in
a foreign country, under the same flag, our
stars and stripes;
WHEREAS, the
only members of the services holding freem cards
an whom have been given citizenship have been
those that have died in action;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED,We, LULAC Orange County, hereby
resolve that our representatives in government
correct the injustice and provide citizenship to
all members of our military who are currently on
duty here in the 50 states or any other place on
the earth.
