WHEREAS, LULAC supports an increase in Federal Funds for Bilingual Programs under Title I and Title VII Legislation; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the League of United Latin American Citizens demands an increase in Federal Funds for Bilingual Education (Title I and Title VII).
